The Frame.io Account Panel is built for flexibility and clarity.

To access your account settings, click the Frame.io logo (or the name of your account) and then select Account Settings to open your Billing page.

When your Billing Dashboard opens, you'll see an overview of your subscription. The plan you're on will be displayed along with the number of users you're using and how much storage you have.

From the overview page, you'll also have the option to upgrade your plan, add more users or storage.

If you are added to multiple accounts, you can switch the accounts at the top by clicking Manage Account Owned By and then choose the account.

Account Settings

The Account Settings tab will offer more granular features for what your users will have access to on your account. Similar to how Reviewer Permissions can restrict users from having certain access in a Review Link, account-level permissions can now be applied to users.

This tab and its features are exclusive to our Enterprise accounts. Contact our Sales team to discuss our Enterprise options. Support documentation for Enterprise can be found here.

Download Permissions

Set download permissions for your account. Account admins can control the user roles with permission to download, or entirely turned off for no downloading option for anyone.

Invites

For more control over who has invite access in your workspace, Allow Team Members to invite Collaborators to projects can be toggled on or off.

C2C Connections

Control who has access to create C2C Connections inside the account.

Secure Sharing

Set defaults and permissions related to Secure Sharing. Default links can be set to either Public or Invite Only upon opening the Review or Presentation Link modal. For Public links, admins can control permissions to restrict user roles in your account or are entirely turned off for no Public options.

Watermark ID

Determine how Watermark ID will appear and create/manage Watermark ID templates for your account. Watermark ID can be applied to all video viewing on the account level with a saved template applied. When enabled, all assets shared out are required to have Watermark ID on as well.

For both internal and external Watermark ID restrictions, there is the option to let users view, download, and share clean assets (without Watermark ID overlaid).

The option to open end-user modification can be applied if the watermark is ever obstructing proper viewing of the video content. The text blocks can be adjusted within a safe zone by the end-user themselves without Admin assistance with this feature enabled.

Watermark ID templates for sharing can also be created and adjusted in the Account Settings tab, similar to the Watermark ID modification option found in the Review and Presentation Link modals.

Users & Teams

From the Users & Teams section, Team Members can invite other Team Members to a team, but only an Admin can remove Team Members.

Admins can also manage the collaborators added across all projects.

Admins will have the ability to remove any collaborator from the entire account from this list using the Manage Collaborator button.

The Teams tab opens up Team creation and Team preferences on Enterprise accounts. Manage Team storage and user count, apply internal Watermark ID, set additional privacy levels, and more. If you want to add multiple teams to your account, contact our Sales team to discuss our Enterprise option. Support documentation for Enterprise can be found here.

Billing

As an Admin, you can upgrade your plan at any time, and you can add storage and users as needed.

Branding

Upload your company and team logos and set your color scheme and information.

The ideal size for your Account or Team logo is a square, non-transparent image, larger than 128px X 128px.

Your team logo will appear on your Branded Presentation pages and at the top corner of each project.

Your account logo will appear on the Project Page on the left-hand side.

Branded Emails

You can personalize your email notifications with your logo and branding. Upload your logo and set choose the colors that you'd like to appear in these emails:

NOTE: Branded emails are only on Team and Enterprise plans. If you would like to unlock this feature, please contact support 🙌

Email / Password

Change your email address or password from this screen. You cannot change your email to an existing email address in Frame.io. If you wish to do this, contact support to assist.

If you're currently using the Google Authentication process but want to deactivate this to enter a password in Frame.io, you can disable this. If it's currently disabled and you want to enable it, contact support to assist.

Last, you can log out of other active sessions if you are logged in on multiple computers or devices.

Profile

Upload your own photo and enter a little bit of information about yourself. Square photos work the best.

Notifications

Adjust the frequency you receive emails regarding comments, new media added, or new collaborators added to each project. Sometimes the comments can definitely clog up your inbox. Change the frequency of how often you receive them between Immediately, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, Hourly, or Daily. The option to turn off these notifications can also be done by selecting None.

You can also select your Timezone and the Projects you want to receive notifications or choose not to.

Integrations
