We know every user has different needs in terms of storage, features and team size so we have created three plans for you to choose from. Pro, Team and Enterprise 🙌
Each plan can be customized allowing you to create a subscription that matches your needs:
The Pro Plan is for users who work on 1-2 projects at a time with a small number of ad hoc contributors or collaborators.
You pay $15 per month per team member. For example a Pro Team with just one Member would be $15 per month or $156 annually (save 10%)
This also includes 250GB of free storage 🙌
Users can also pay for additional storage add-ons. Storage upgrades are added in bulks of 250GB for an additional $15 per month
- A Pro team with 3 Members and 250GB would be $45 per month or $486 annually.
- A Pro Team with 3 Members and 500GB of storage would be $60 monthly or $648 annually.
The Pro Plan comes with Frame.io Standard features:

- Members can share as Review and Presentation Pages

Pro Plan users can gain access to additional premium features by upgrading to the Team or Enterprise plans 🎉
The Team Plan is for users who are producing content continually with a full time team.
You pay $25 per month per member. For example a Team with just one Member would be $25 per month or $264 annually (save 10%)
The Team Plan includes 250GB of free storage 🙌
Team level users can also pay for additional storage add ons. Storage upgrades are added in bulks of 250GB for an additional $15 per month
- A Team with 5 Members and 250GB storage would be $125 per month or $1350 annually
- A Team with 5 Members and 500GB storage would be $140 per month or $1512 annually
Includes all standard features from the Pro Plan along with the some exciting PREMIUM features 🎉
- Custom Branding - add your own branding to notification emails
- Presentation Reels - send clients advanced presentation reels to view your files
- Team Only comments - Prevent project guests and external reviewers from viewing team only comments
Team Plan users can gain access to additional premium features by upgrading to Enterprise 🎉
Enterprise Plans are aimed at companies working with multiple teams and clients.
Enterprise plans include:
- 1 TB of Free Storage
- All the Features from the Pro and Team Plans
PLUS additional Enterprise only features 🎉
- Multi-Team Management
- Asset lifecycle management
- Onboarding and 24/5 support

"What are the differences between the plans?"
The Team and Enterprise plans come with more seats and additional features.
The Free plan comes with fifteen uploads. If you exceed this count, you'll need to upgrade to a paid plan. You can do this by clicking “upgrade” at the top of the page or by going to account settings.
"Can I upgrade the plan during my free trial?"
If you already selected a specific plan during your free trial, selecting a different plan will automatically start your subscription and charge the amount of the selected plan.
"Will I be charged automatically after the 14 day free trial?"
Once the trial ends, the subscription will automatically begin. In order to cancel your subscription before your trial expires, go to Account Settings > Billing and select Cancel Account at the bottom-right. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
"If I upgrade my plan, will I be charged a second time?"
No, you will only be charged the difference.
"I can't find my monthly invoice. How can I retrieve it?"
From the Frame.io Account page, click Billing > Billing history
"What if I paid for the year but need to upgrade my account?"
You will only be charged the difference.
"Can I freeze my account?"
We can pause your account and retain your files/comments/projects until you're ready to begin using it again. Contact the support team to hear about lower cost monthly pricing to freeze the account.
"How do I cancel my account?"
You can cancel your subscription by going to your billing page Account Settings > Billing and select Cancel Account at the bottom-right. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
