To use the new Frame.io V4 Comments panel in Premiere Pro 25.2 or later, go to Window > Frame.io > Frame.io V4 Comments. Learn more via this support article.
For users on Premiere Pro v25.2 and later looking to use the Frame.io (Legacy) panel, the extension can now be found under Window > Frame.io > Frame.io (Legacy).
