Note: This article shows resources related to the Review with Frame.io (Legacy) panel for Premiere Pro. If you’re using Frame.io Version 4 (V4), please note:

  • Frame.io V4 accounts are not compatible with this panel.

  • To use the new Frame.io V4 Comments panel in Premiere Pro 25.2 or later, go to Window > Frame.io > Frame.io V4 Comments. Learn more via this support article.

For users on Premiere Pro v25.2 and later looking to use the Frame.io (Legacy) panel, the extension can now be found under Window > Frame.io > Frame.io (Legacy).

If you are experiencing troubles during the installation process through Adobe Exchange, this is an alternate way to install Frame.io (Legacy) for Premiere Pro and After Effects.

  • Quit Premiere Pro and After Effects

  • Download the latest extension zxp file: https://f.io/r-xd2ib0

  • Download a user-friendly zxp file installer like https://install.anastasiy.com/

  • Use our zxp file with Anastasiy to install the extension

  • Launch Premiere Pro or After Effects and check if it's working for you

If you still experience trouble installing the panel after trying the installation, please reach out to support@frame.io.
