Note: This article shows resources related to the Review with Frame.io (Legacy) panel for Premiere Pro. If you’re using Frame.io Version 4 (V4), please note:

  • Frame.io V4 accounts are not compatible with this panel.

  • To use the new Frame.io Comments panel in Premiere Pro, download the extension here or learn more via this support article.

For users on Premiere Pro v22.3 and later looking to use the Review with Frame.io (Legacy) panel, the extension can now be found under Window > Review with Frame.io.

In case you experience login issues or other odd behavior in our extension, it is a good first step to delete the extension's caches or preferences.
