When you Sign Out of Frame.io and then sign back in, after typing your email address, you will see the option to click Forgot Password.

If you do not see this and you automatically sign in, you can use the link:
​https://accounts.frame.io/forgot 

This will send the email address entered an email with a link to generate a new password. Your new password needs to have at least: 1 uppercase letter, 1 lower case letter, 1 number, and 1 special character.

NOTE: If you enter an incorrect password multiple times, the account will be locked until you contact support@frame.io to unlock the account. We strongly suggest changing your password before your account is locked due to using an incorrect password.

If you are using a Google-powered email address, Frame.io sends you to Google to sign in using that extra layer of security.
