For users on Premiere Pro v22.3 and later looking to use the Review with Frame.io (Legacy) panel, the extension can now be found under Window > Review with Frame.io.
Click your name at the top right of the Frame.io (Legacy) Review Panel, select Preferences.
From here, click the three-dot and select the location of your scratch disk.
