For users on Premiere Pro v22.3 and later looking to use the Review with Frame.io (Legacy) panel, the extension can now be found under Window > Review with Frame.io.
While trying to login to Frame.io from Premiere, I click Let's Go and just see the spinning wheel without logging into the software.
This is due to an external app blocking outgoing connections. If you have an external app that prevents incoming/outgoing connections, you will have to make an adjustment and allow this connection.
