Publish any of your files from Frame.io to Dropbox. 

While on your projects page, select Item Options (three dots) and then click Publish to Dropbox

When you click Publish to Dropbox, you'll be asked to sign in to your Dropbox account. Once you're signed in, you can save your file to your Dropbox account. Simple as that! 

NOTE: Only users with downloading permissions will have this access.
