Updating your credit card details can be done from your Billing Page.

Click the Frame.io logo on the top left > Account Settings > Billing > Payment Method Then click update to make any changes:


💡  Team Owners and Admins can access the Billing Dashboard for their Team.

FAQ

Q: I'm having issues updating my card because I don't have an American credit card or a ZIP code. Will I still be able to link my card for payment?

A: Yes! The ZIP code field is not mandatory to fill if your card doesn't use ZIP codes, so users with non-American credit cards can fill this field with any default codes (10000, 00000, 90210, etc.) in case there are any issues.
